Master Moon's Taekwondo Schools were founded by Master Junghoon Moon. He is a certified by the Kukkiwon in Seoul, Korea and is 7th Dan black belt.
He is a former world sparring champion, and was on the Song Moo Team in S. Korea. Master Moon has over 30 years of Taekwondo experience and is one of the leading Taekwondo instructors in the world.
Master Moon continues to be highly involved in the operation of all of our locations. He conducts instructor training for our full time staff, and oversees the student belt testing process for both color belt and black belt exams.
He personally developed the curriculum taught in our schools and designed it to be a balance of traditional Taekwondo forms, practical self defense, and Olympic Style sparring skills.
Master Moon's philosophy is about teaching “life skills” just as much as physical techniques. As well as to help students of all levels to gain increased focus, confidence, and determination that they can apply to all areas of their life.
